This was my first experience with telemedicine. I contacted the service because I needed further help with a lingering cough, laryngitis and sore throat after seeing an in person doctor last week. This doctor barely let me explain my concerns and ended the visit before I could share additional information. I felt rushed and unheard. I just did a virtual visit with Dr. Eric Thomas and it is hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional. It was very similar to a previous review… unfortunately I did not get to pick the provider that contacted me. I have a UTI and have had 50 plus over the last 15 years I get them chronically. I tried to explain this and my symptoms but he cut me off, was rude, wouldn’t let me speak and didn’t give me any antibiotics. Told me that I had to go to a walk-in clinic. Dr Lisa Kellogg is more like family to me. She listens to me.... Truly listens. She will facetime if you really need her, and she will take GREAT care of you! I thank God for her. I needed to get some antibiotics for a uti, got connected with him and he seemed irritated already. I was trying to explain to him that I have a uti and I have a history with them so I know what my symptoms are but he refused to believe me or let me finish describing what I was experiencing. I was trying to communicate my problem but would get interrupted to be belittled or told I don’t know what I’m talking about. I have seen Dr. Kucich since 2021. She and her staff are wonderful. I have always had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Kucich and Brandi. Both are amazing. Anytime I have a question or need an appointment I just send a message through the app, and they respond most of the time in less than 24 hours. They listen and answer all of my questions.
