Left epic due to bad treatment from staff and Dr's. No respect for patients. All they are there for is to collect your money and tell you lies. Never been treat so bad in my life. You should be able to ask questions and not be treated so bad for doing so.
Dr Hardman was my doctor up until March of 2025. All of a sudden I went in his office and they tried to tell me I was seeing his partner doctor so n so, then they preceded to ask me to fill out new patient information. I left the office and now I see it's permanently closed, I'm so glad that I didn't fall for that lie they told me and they shouldn't be allowed to trick patients into seeing their doctors either.
