Exceptional. He is smart, caring and deeply committed. I trust his knowledge 100% and when he was not sure, he worked side by side with me to figure out the best next steps. When our internist retired three years ago, we asked fellow members of The Village Chicago for a recommendation and the majority named Dr. Golden, who has mastered the art of listening while unobtrusively taking notes on his laptop. And he responds quickly through the Patient Portal. Both my husband and I really think he's great. Two weaknesses: referrals to some specialists, who are often so popular they aren't accepting new patients; and he's not taking new Medicare patients.
I have been going to Dr Golden since he qualified and have never regretted it. A lovely man and very empathetic.
Very dissatisfied. I speak on behalf of my late wife Elena Papastefan. She went there in May of 2017. Elena complained about stomach pain. Dr. Lundgren barely touched her and she said ow. Tried a stool sample and her stooges called and told het she's ok and come back for a colonospty. Three weeks later she was diagnosed with colon cancer. She fought bravely for 8 months before she passed away January 19th 2018. Due to inadequate testing I now live without her. Very inprofessional.
