I have been seen by Dr. Lundgren for over 12 years. She is a wonderful doctor, caring and very thorough. She takes the time to listen and provides great information. She is conservative in her proscribing and I appreciate that. She has an amazing depth of medical knolwedge and has always been right on in her diagnosis of my issues.

Booked more than a month ahead of time. Office called me to cancel 24 hours before my appointment. Offered another appointment two months later. Not very professional all around and if you are a working professional that has to arrange your business to be able to go, be aware of last minute changes, and very little sense that they care about inconveniencing you.
Dr. Golden is approachable, thoughtful and thorough. After relocating to Chicago he was the first physician I visited for my annual exam, based on a strong recommendation from a trusted person. Dr. Richmond has been my Primary Care Physician for nearly 25+ years. I moved to the Pacific Northwest 19 years ago, and have refused to give up Dr. Richmond for a local alternative, because she is one in a million. Dr. Golden is a quack known for writing bogus "doctor notes" for patients seeking fake medical excuses. Avoid this untrustworthy physician.
This review is more of the staff that work in this office. I was seeing this doctor for almost a decade till one day I asked for referrals and the person on the call decided that I was too forward with him and let the doctor know. Now keep in mind this is the same gentlemen that was rude to me in the past on several occasions and I bit my tongue and let it go. You cannot do better than this guy. He listens carefully, is genuinely kind, has a good sense of humor when appropriate, is very knowledgable and works with you to plan treatment for the long-term. I feel so happy and relieved to have found him. Highly recommended.
