Our kids have been patients of Dr. App's office for several years and we have only had great experiences with him and his team. I have been able to easily schedule same-day appointments without issue as we also love seeing the Nurse Practitioners for any concerns. After hours has a nurse on call and the staff are always warm and welcoming; shout-out to Raquel, Candy, and Samantha (sorry if I misspelled your names)! I've had great experiences with the NP as a patient here. Office staff on the other hand is lazy. Provider's offices are able to verify insurance coverage. This is something they refuse to do.
Tried to take my 6yo son here as a last effort to figure out what is wrong with him after having seen several other doctors over the last 7 months (he has been itchy the whole time). We live 45 min away were 10 min late due to the power going out at home when we got up( so trying to get 2 kids and myself ready in the dark) and the drivers scared of rain during the storm I called to let them know they said they have 0 grace time also the lady on the phone was rude but I tried anyways because this was kind of our last hope we ... read more
