Don’t bother making an appointment because you’ll be taken back 45 minutes after the fact, also do not go there if you’re American. Lady at the front desk with the bad haircut was rude, went in to establish primary care and she tried to charge us when the first visit was covered by insurance. If your looking for an immigration medical, go elsewhere. Waste of time here. After waiting over an hour, they tried charging me double for the blood work needed, and would only take cash, which was super sketchy. I refused and went to Sarasota and had a much more normal experience. Reported to USCIS. Hopefully they will take action.

Would give a negative number if possible. Don't go here if they decide they don't like you are want to service they will call to verify appointment but will let you drive in you get there they don't take your insurance.
Ms. Berenstein is my primary physician, and I would highly recommend her. If you want a doctor that genuinely cares about patients and goes an extra mile for you, Dr. Berenstein is that doctor.
