I had a visit to this facility on Friday. The phlebotomist was very pleasant and did an excellent job. The triage person and nurse practitioner were also kind and polite. However, whomever the lady is that was processing my "sample cup of lemonade" came up to me, with two older gentleman and an older lady within arms reach of me, and asked me if "aunt flo" was on. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kristen Gore for eight or nine years now and I just love her to pieces. She’s a first class doctor. She listens to everything that you have to say she’ll answer any question you’ve got and help me anyway she can making suggestions of course and just sitting down and listening to maybe how your holidays went or how your day was She’s very personable likable and there are very few doctors that are in her class. She has proven to me that she is at the top of her class as far as doctors go since day one!

This is the WORST experience I have had with a Doctor's office EVER. Do NOT go to this office. You are better off going to Family Medical Center next door where they are nicer, more professional, and organized. I did not even get to go to my appointment. When I made my appointment, I asked about the location because I wanted to make sure what building it was, the lady over the phone confirmed it was the Family Medical Center Office, which it is not.
