I would recommend this office !! The staff is professional, kind and treats you with respect.. Dr Rebecca, has been awesome with my husband doing everything she can to help him. She goes above and beyond to help .. And she listens to what you’re going through to get understanding of what she can do !! Yes I definitely would recommend this office ..

I have had an excellent experience with my primary care physician. They take the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and genuinely care about my health and well-being. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and the entire staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful.

I give only 3 stars not because of the Dr. I have a fantastic Dr. Doctor Hess. The technicians who take blood, great. Some of the nurses staff who take your vitals are nice, some not so much. I will not name names. The office staff, in particular 2 to be exact are simply not nice at all. Condescending and not helpful at all. It's as if I am bothering them. I'm not the only one who has these concerns. It's unfortunate, the only reason I stay is because of Dr. Hess.
