Dr. Gore is personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. She is the only reason I continue to go here. The front desk receptionist has NO customer service whatsoever, I’ve never met anyone more rude or bothered to be spoken to than her. To be a receptionist, you must have people skills, something this receptionist knows nothing about. What wonderful doctors PAS nurses & staff !
The office manager here is rude and SO unprofessional. I was looking to refer a patient here for primary care and wanted to speak with the office manager regarding the complex case before referring. She didn't even hear me out before saying, "in the future you could talk to the receptionist about this. I am very busy". I wouldn't go here if the office manager is exhibiting this behavior. Unfortunate.
Terrible company. The phone staff lied to me regarding a physical and a TB test! They are money hungry. Trying to refer you to the self-pay family medical center that they are associated with instead of providing accurate information. And never once apologized once I told them they lied to me. Rude!
