I had a very negative experience. I do not recommend this place. In my opinion some radiologists have a questionable competency. Some of my imaging reports competed not accurately.
In fairness I didn’t end up having my mammogram done. I was a few minutes late for my appt and was told I was supposed to be 10 minutes early (though no one had given me that info) and they said I’d need to reschedule… soonest available another month and a half out. It seems if a patient needs to arrive to an appt 10 minutes early that they simply schedule the patient appt for 10 minutes earlier and bake that into the facility schedule.
I'm not sure why so many poor reviews are here. I had a very pleasant experience with my MRI and my X-ray. My care team was kind, caring and performed their jobs exactly as I hoped they would. Receptionist was simply not super bubbly, but she was kind and checked me in just fine and gave me all the paperwork needed, she also has a funny Mrs. Doubtfire badge clip that I loved. Don't be afraid to come here, you will be taken good care of. 👍🏻
