I received personal care directed at what I most needed. I’ve trusted Brent Dawson for years and he continues to support my orthopedic and individual needs.
The doctors here are amazing!! However the two older ladies at the front desk make the experience so difficult. They constantly act like they are too busy to talk to you. When you ask them things they treat you like it’s an inconvenience. They are always playing on there phone but you ask them to do their job and it’s such a big deal!! When you ask them a question and they ask you for your name they treat you poorly if you don’t give them your fully name rolling their eyes and scoffing. Is just very unprofessional! My wife fell and broke her hip. She was transported IHC Riverton where she received excellent care. ER was great. The doctors and staff as well.The next afternoon, she received a new hip. Again the doctor was great and the surgery a success. Our family can’t say enough about how wonderfully my wife was taken care of by the aids, nurses and all who attended her. At 84 years of age this was not an easy task. Our thanks to IHC and thier 5 start hospital.
