AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, NOT WORTH IT. Not surprised to see this place has a mess of bad reviews. I had a consultation, required an EMG. Dr. Kammel took the appointment and said she would be out of town for a couple weeks but her staff could handle it. I was told to wait for the EMG place to reach out to me after a month, I called them and they said there was an issue with the referral this office sent over. Was referred here from an Instacare. I was 12 minutes late, for their “15 minute” policy. This hospital has several buildings, and I received zero instructions on which building it was in. So on a broken toe, I finally found it. And was refused service. Stating I was past my cutoff. Staff didn’t seem to care much, which defeats the purpose of patient Care. Do not recommend.

Very disappointed in Dr. Peterson and his lack of concern for my hip pain. Instead of getting an MRI and properly diagnosing what turned out to be a fractured hip, he told me to take meds and do exercises for two months. I hope he can learn from the mistakes he made with me and treat other patients the way he would want one of his parents treated. Order the MRI and find the problem.

Brent Dawson is awesome. He knows what he is doing and talking about. I get cortisone injections in my knees and ya hardly feel a thing. He is quick and super smooth about it. He is also very attentive. I do and will continue to refer him for any knee or shoulder problems.

If I could give negative stars for this place, I totally would. Got a call from them to schedule an appointment for my daughter and so I called them back to show our interest in scheduling an appointment and the lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will never take my business here. Makes sense that all the other reviews on here are pretty Much describing the same experience I had sounds like Riverton orthopedics needs to get some new receptionist ladies.
