If I could give negative stars for this place, I totally would. Got a call from them to schedule an appointment for my daughter and so I called them back to show our interest in scheduling an appointment and the lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will never take my business here. Makes sense that all the other reviews on here are pretty Much describing the same experience I had sounds like Riverton orthopedics needs to get some new receptionist ladies.
Thursday Dec 3rd @ 3:00pm Front receptionist ladies are AWFUL, Rude, Impatient, no eye contact & miserably unhappy. Dr's are great so please please, get rid of these ladies fast, they're making you look bad! Hire happy people that act grateful to have jobs.
I received personal care directed at what I most needed. I’ve trusted Brent Dawson for years and he continues to support my orthopedic and individual needs.
The doctors here are amazing!! However the two older ladies at the front desk make the experience so difficult. They constantly act like they are too busy to talk to you. When you ask them things they treat you like it’s an inconvenience. They are always playing on there phone but you ask them to do their job and it’s such a big deal!!
