I've had Kerry out 3 times over the last 20 years. He's always very thorough and his reports are great. He has important information related to real estate transactions as well. Great guy to work with 👍

Kerry Maw was great to work with. He was super detailed in our inspection today. Do he try to add some services? Yes, but he gave us the option to have it done or not. And left it at that. He's been in the business for 20+ years and knows what to look for. We ended up a lot of information and suggestions to make the place better (since we're buying a home built in 1940).
