Emily, our occupational therapist, was so professional and helpful. She solved some issues we had in our home to help my husband become more safe and independent and she gave us so much great information. She went above and beyond each visit. She was a delight!
Pharmacy refuses to call my doctors office to renew orders. Every year it’s like reinventing the wheel with IHC Home Care to get orders renewed.
The currently listed address of 524 W 300 N St #101, Provo, UT 84601 is not correct. Owner needs to update the address in Google and remove the IHC signage from the physical property. We tried to come here to pickup some CPAP supplies while visiting family and it isn't here. When we called the listed phone number we were told this location (wherever it actually is) can't be called directly and they were going to close in a few minutes.
Home health RN's are super caring and went out of there way to make sure my mom was comfy. Awesome team.
My experience was great! Intermountain Healthcare is a great organization.
