If I could, I would give this place an absolute ZERO star. From the billing to the communications, to the customer service, everything we had to deal with, and have been dealing with for months now, has been absolutely horrible. I have never felt so insignificant or verbally abused and uncared for in my life. I felt like every person I talked to didn't care about my child or what they needed or what I needed as a parent. I have dealt with the Provo Bulldog Boulevard location for about 2 years. I have asked repeatedly to be put on the call reminder list for the majority of that 2 years. I think I have had one reminder call in all that time. I asked again today to have my name added to the list. If this is supposed to be a service where reminders are given I think there is a great lack of concern and poor performance by IHC Home Health Care. HORRIBLE TO WORK WITH. They gave us a oxygen concentrator that didn’t work and charged us. 0 stars if I could.
