Horrible customer service. Do not go here for supplies. I told them multiple times on the text ordering what CPAP supplies I wanted. They kept repeating back the wrong order quantities and missing items even with the text right in front of them. Then they tell me I wasn’t eligible for headgear when I was. (They had added it my previous order when I didn’t order or receive it - billing said they would remove it). But apparently the ordering dept doesn’t look at that. Don’t go to Intermountain South Jordan if you don’t want to receive a huge bill 20 months after the fact! I have enjoyed having my infusions at the South Jordan Infusion Clinic over the years and have always had positive experiences with the staff. Unfortunately, a recent billing issue has completely changed my perception of the clinic. These guys are the WORST. Rude and disconnected from the important services they are providing. To say they are difficult to get in touch with would be an understatement. When you do get in touch with someone, they will take the first opportunity they can to transfer you back to a never ending queue that goes nowhere. And Josh specifically, who works in the office, will grunt and tell you how wrong you are if you express frustration with their awful processes. This has got to be the most frustrating place to work with. I have been trying to get through to ANYONE at this company since MARCH!! Nobody answers the phones, their phone system is the most asisine thing I’ve ever used, they never return calls or lend a helpful hand when you call/ or even when you’ve received referrals etc. So unprofessional and I truly wish I could find a better company, or more competent workers.

My nightmare started 5 weeks ago. I ordered compression socks. No one told me they had to be ordered when I ordered them. When I got there and was told that they only had one pair and a certain color. I asked for two pair in that color. The lady at the desk refused stating that she had special ordered them. I canceled my order completely. I prefer to do without the equipment than to deal with this type of service.
