IHC - SEE BELOW - IMPORTANT... The entero team works very well with us, and orders are always delivered within 48 hours. They have excellent customer service. I'm surprised at the negative reviews. We've rarely ever had problems with IHC Homecare Equipment. UPDATE: I dropped a star to 4-star - when we need to get a hold of entero, we have to go through the main receptionist, and we have noticed that half the time, they don't seem to notice someone is waiting on the other end of the line. I had a very urgent issue with my CPAP and am from out of state. Russ Robison assisted in getting a new machine the day after Christmas. It took some doing with my doctor’s office back home, (and they are effectively fired now), but Russ came through like a champ. His professionalism is outstanding. I’m very thankful to him for saving my day when it counted. Thanks to Russ and Intermountain!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. The only good thing about this location is their phone operator. She is super nice and helpful. No one answers the phone here and when you leave several messages, they never call back. When I went in, they said if I would have called ahead I wouldn't have wasted a trip.
