Breathtaking laziness and incompetence. Waited for 30 minutes to be told that the item they had called in the morning to confirm was suddenly gone. Accidents with stock happen but there were larger issues. There are multiple customers waiting and you can hear multiple employees in the back loudly talking (what I loudly heard confirmed it was clearly not about patient issues) for long periods until they decide they have been gone too long and then they come out with the item they "went to grab". I recently started using a CPAP machine. Big change for me. I've met with two of the sleep specialists and another person there to ensure the masks fit right and to get my questions answered (many). They have all been friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Navigating the phone numbers has been a bit of a challenge, but the professional, efficient, knowledgeable support has more than made up for it. I really appreciate the help they have provided.
These guys are horrible. They get orders wrong. They take orders but never ship anything, and as crazy as this sounds this has happened TWICE to me in the last 6 months. I'm looking for a new CPAP supplier, because these guys apparently don't want my business.
one of the worst companies to try to get ahold of. I called in multiple times and got the run around and got hung up on multiple times by Carol. Then she attempted to give me the direct number which was a bogus phone number. Wow! If you have any other options for home health care equipment use it - DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME HERE!
Absolutely worst phone system on the planet. I didn't think the DMV could be outdone... Intermountain HomeCare Equipment achieved this worst rank. You call and wait for 10 minutes at minimum. You're lucky if someone picks up. If they do on a rare occasion, they end up transferring you if you need bipap supplies. 10 minutes after that, you might end up talking to Debby.
