My father passed away and had some of their equipment, I called to have them come pick it up and they blew my appointment off twice. When I called to try and get into contact with someone as to why no one showed, the girl hung up on me. Terrible service, disappointed my dad had to deal with this type of service all the time while suffering. You’d think these people would have some sort of compassion and sympathy for what they do/provide. Find a different company if you can.

Wheelchair Shop, worst in the intermountain area. One would think ordering a $40,000 powerchair, the shop would have the training and experience to set it up correctly. Four years of transfers to a manual chair, so it would fit under a normal dining table, a non IHC shop took 5 min. and re-programmed the controller so the chair (which elevates) goes all the way down. If your insurance sticks you with IHC, take it to someone else and have it checked out!

Failed to meet time of delivery 4 consecutive times. Still waiting on an at home tank and may have to find a place to refill it. Oxygen is for a NICU child. The office people don't care.

Horrible customer service. Do not go here for supplies. I told them multiple times on the text ordering what CPAP supplies I wanted. They kept repeating back the wrong order quantities and missing items even with the text right in front of them. Then they tell me I wasn’t eligible for headgear when I was. (They had added it my previous order when I didn’t order or receive it - billing said they would remove it). But apparently the ordering dept doesn’t look at that. Don’t go to Intermountain South Jordan if you don’t want to receive a huge bill 20 months after the fact! I have enjoyed having my infusions at the South Jordan Infusion Clinic over the years and have always had positive experiences with the staff. Unfortunately, a recent billing issue has completely changed my perception of the clinic.
