Wow, if only I could get in to see a doctor, and have my appointment actually set up correctly, and maybe not find out the day I have an appointment that the doctor is no longer seeing new patients! Intermountain, you aren’t providing accessible health care in the Billings area. I waited for two months to see someone in the west end clinic, and not only do I not have an appointment, but also very frustrated to now have to go with another provider and wait another two months. Terrible job, do better.
Went to get lab work done only to be rudely told the lab is closed 12pm - 1pm. This is not posted anywhere online. In fact their website says the lab is open from 7:30pm to 4:30pm. Ridiculous.
My friend saw a practitioner here and the front desk was mean and judgemental towards her. The lady was shouting her private information out trying to embarrass her and then the practitioner did nothing for her at her appointment. They charged to do nothing for her. This is a poor rating for a crappy service and a bout money!!!!
