They called me to resolve a last minute issue that communication and paperwork were being transferred to different places and finally was able to keep my appt. The mgr will take my feedback and hopefully will follow through to help them in the future.

Had an after hospital visit at Intermountain Cardiology. I saw PA Cara Beatty. She is amazing. She sat there and listened to all of my questions and concerns for what felt like an hr. She is so educated in everything she says. I went in feeling so hopeless. My primary has exhausted all medication options for me. After meeting with Cara she made me feel like she is truly going to help me. She set up many tests to get to the root cause of my problem and she explained everything to me in detail.
