Annette listened , was cordial, confirmed what I had asked for and promptly forwarded my request to her manager.
A bright, very clean, and inviting atmosphere. I was in and out very quickly. The staff is amazing.
Sat on hold for 20 minutes yesterday. 35 minutes today. No answer either time. I don’t think this place picks up their phones. Tried to call IHC clinical relations about it. Got a voice mail box, which is just embarrassing. Ended up calling a completely different IHC facility who was actually able to help me, for no conceivable reason. What are yall even doing?
