It has been really frustrating as a patient here. It is almost impossible to actually talk to someone over the phone. HUGE wait times and mostly interacting with recorded operators. I had to switch from U of U because my insurance changed, and it has been such a hassle just to see a primary care provider. Whenever I need to see my doctor, they just encourage me to go to urgent care, which is an extra cost. currently trying to contact the Pain Clinic to follow up on a referral. I have been on hold for 30 mins the first try, then 45 mins the next and I still haven't connected with a human. I don't think they are even looking at the phones. No receptionist in that building is ever that busy. They just don't know how to manage inbound calls. SO FRUSTRATED!!!!

I really like my doctor and how he listen to me. Dr. Gomez is really awesome. And he got back to me when I had questions about my prescriptions and other medical issues I was dealing with. However, I do not recommend speaking to their registered nurse team from the intake reps. I talked to an attitude fueled one just a moment ago and she got really spicy with me.
