My mom was taken to the ER for dizziness, nausea, and cold sweats. She could not get up to walk. They were so worried about COVID that when all her tests came back normal the doctor confirmed it had to be COVID and they were done and she needed to go home until test came back. She called me to tell me this and to pick her up. I told her that her test had come in and it was negative. Front desk staff was rude and dismissive. Was told it would take over an hour for them to contact me with my STAT results, but did not happen. When I called for a status, the remote employee put me on hold for over five minutes to find out it had been read over 10-minutes prior. Thank goodness it wasn’t more critical.

They do NOT enforce the Dallas County order of masks being required inside businesses. Instead of allowing a client to remain in the building without a mask over her nose and mouth, make her leave. The health and safety of other clients and staff should be most important. Period. This location did not enforce this while I was there on 6/25/20.
I would not recommend going to Touchstone. They are medically negligent and have no sense of urgency. They take your money for imaging that they then sit on until the two days a week they have a diagnostician in the office where they then may or may not actually tell you anything of use. If my wife ends up having breast cancer I’m sueing them because they were medically negligent with her imaging.
make sure you get a price quote from touchstone imaging in advance. They charged 4 times what medicare would reimburse for services we received.
The staff was rude when I came in and the doctor treated me like I was incompetent. I would not waist your time here.
I just moved here from St. louis, been a Mercy patient my whole life. A month after moving to Utah I had to go to the ER here with my significant other for extreme pain he was in. The staff at the entrance was extremely and unnecessarily rude to us. Nobody in the waiting room at the time was having a life or death emergency, yet they took everyone else to rooms first and left us in the waiting room.
