Absolutely awful. If there was a minus rating on these things it would be at the bottom. Escorted my mother to get blood work done. She already fasted the allotted time and was feeling weak. Appointment was 8:45 and didn’t get called until 9:30. Mother kept on asking when was her time. Receptionist told her 2 people were ahead of her. 3 people came in after that and was seen right away. Cancled appointments too many to count. The standard of care at this office has went down the tubes. Ended up going to Urgent care since they cancled my appointment. This used to be our go to Dr office. :(
I have been searching all morning for a primary accepting new patients and had no luck. I called this location and got Miss Emily in the office and she was the greatest. So kind and so very helpful. She helped me find a provider in network that wasn’t even at their location and it wasn’t even her department - great staff 🙏
