I have been to this office several times and everytime I have an appointment, when I show up it is magically not there then I have to reschedule. The people at the counter were very rude about it. I have not had any good interactions with the front staff. Very dussapointing.
I had an appointment this morning and the medical assistant was terrible. She didn't tell me her name, then only asked me my birth date as an identifier. When she swabbed my nose it really hurt then she went to do my throat and broke the tongue depresser. She didn't get a new tongue depressor she just said oops continued to swab my throat. Very aggressive and made me very uncomfortable. I've had many nose and throat swabs in my life, and never had such a bad experience. AWFUL AWFUL assistance support. The people who schedule referrals are rude and would rather give attitude than actually help clients. It took them 3 weeks to get it right. They need training on customer service. It’s actually baffling how they treat clients over the phone and in person. They blast loud music while there are clients in the building. Super unprofessional. I’ve never seen a health facility ran like this.
Edward Shuherk is a fantastic doctor. I have been going to his clinic for over 7 years. He makes you feel heard, I would suggest him to anyone looking for personalized care.
Front desk staff/ Receptionist I had talked to was wonderful, sweet, and extremely helpful!! Hope they are paying the girl I talked with on the phone the big bucks. Wasn't anxious at all talking to her when I hate phone calls and got an appointment and account set up in less than 5-10 minutes
