Horrible doctors, they can't keep up with patient records and do not have have proper training. Billing department doesn't have a clue! I was told my insurance was covered my visit and then received a bill. My insurance specifically state it should have been covered. The place should be shut down.

I have been going to this practice for 3 years and every time I’ve needed a prescription, there is an issue. Every. Single. Time. Not once in the past 3 years have they been able to successfully call in a prescription for me. Every single time, I’m on the phone with them going back and forth for days. I have no idea what system they use, if it’s an issue with their computers or employees, but wow is it bad.
