Front desk staff/ Receptionist I had talked to was wonderful, sweet, and extremely helpful!! Hope they are paying the girl I talked with on the phone the big bucks. Wasn't anxious at all talking to her when I hate phone calls and got an appointment and account set up in less than 5-10 minutes
I’ve been visiting this office for too many years to count! I see Dr Shuherk and think he’s wonderful. He is kind, empathetic, and hilarious.
They are terrible and they treated me very wrong today! I left there crying. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!! I had to leave work and come to my appointment which is fine but then I sit there for an a Hour and they then they call a person up there that had just got there. I was so upset and I just walked out. I was just there to get bloodwork done!! Are you kidding me!! And the ladies that work at the front desk are very, Very rude!!!
Horrible doctors, they can't keep up with patient records and do not have have proper training. Billing department doesn't have a clue! I was told my insurance was covered my visit and then received a bill. My insurance specifically state it should have been covered. The place should be shut down.
