If I had the option to give this place negative 10 stars I would absolutely do it. I NEVER in a million years would think that a hospital could be so neglectful. So let me start by telling my birth story. I went in to be induced and everything was going okay. I started dilating and was getting through it pretty well. I went to him with my first baby at 18 and him and his staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. 8 years later I went back to him with my 2nd despite living an hour away, it was well worth the 2hrs in the car for each appointment, he's just that great!

I'm scheduled for a procedure, I came in early, there's no one at the registration desk. been waiting for a while now, someone walks in and gets taken care of right away. i really don't know why my PCP sent me to this awful place. BYW, I'm still waiting.
