Don’t go here. This place is very inconsistent. They don’t have reliable doctors and that creates problems when I have children who need meds management. My sister has a grandaughter who is on medication and she recently ran out. They can’t even get her in to see a doctor in a timely manner because the doctor she saw cancelled and now she’s out of meds and when my sister called the office this morning, instead of being compassionate towards how she was feeling which was desperate to get her granddaughter refills the girl who... read more
This place sucks I went here and they kept making up excuses for me to take the pills they gave me dr joy James is the worst docter here glad she left hearing that made my day then they gave me another docter who kept making up excuses also for me to eat the pills they want to prescribe worst place on this whole entire earth i wish this place gets shut down made my life miserable
This is the only place in Tucson that could do medication management. They were very patient and able to work with my schedule.
This location is an absolute nightmare!! The front desk ladies are really rude on the phone in person they play sweet! If you have a pysch services here and your child needs meds specially controlled substance ones DO NOT use them for it!!! They dont care what meds your child takes when you try to call for refills, or because of the meds not working you will not be able to reach them! Waitlist is long for kids. There is little understanding or support for families with limited resources or schedules. Their staff over the phone are cold and rude.
