This is the only place in Tucson that could do medication management. They were very patient and able to work with my schedule.
This location is an absolute nightmare!! The front desk ladies are really rude on the phone in person they play sweet! If you have a pysch services here and your child needs meds specially controlled substance ones DO NOT use them for it!!! They dont care what meds your child takes when you try to call for refills, or because of the meds not working you will not be able to reach them! Waitlist is long for kids. There is little understanding or support for families with limited resources or schedules. Their staff over the phone are cold and rude.

Our overall experience is 1 star for the learning experience I received from this place. The care coordinators , counselors, supervisors, provider’s nurses, and the medication management providers are all unprofessional. Intermountain hires employees with mental health issues to support others with mental health problems. A lot of misguided help and decisions are made at this place because the staff are not qualified to be helping others. They made many mistakes including with medication.
