Our local hospital has a very good staff the doctors and nurses were awsome for our child birth! Intermountain as a whole though is awful they took forever to make our bill. Then they kept sending us bills with amounts that didnt match up. We called and tried to pay the amount on a bill but then found out the bill was actually $2000 more than any bills we had seen, but they couldn't tell us for what. Zero stars if I could especially in the emergency department, just moved here from out of state not too long ago so we don’t have a pediatrician yet or Idaho insurance but we took our one year old in one night cause he was inactive all day was very lethargic wouldn’t barely keep his eyes open throughout the day and was incoherent, throwing up and not eating, one wet diaper through the day, fever, and they tested for Covid rsv and flu which were all negative and they just gave him zofran and ibuprofen and sent us on our way, ... read more

Everything about my cataract surgery has gone well. Dr. Allen is excellent. The staff is really helpful and nice. I recommend him and all he is assigned with.
