The blood draw for labs Was incorrectly coded with no diagnostic code which caused a 45 minute delay Also getting through to cardiology took 40 minutes on the phone while I was at the lab It shouldn’t take 40 minutes to get through to the cardiology group Otherwise, the quality was excellent There is room for improvement in the communication system And getting the diagnostic code associated with the lab work correct the first time Dr. Minder did an amazing job Also, his nurse Tara did a great job once I got connected Thank y... read more
