I wanted to give it a 5 star rating but the fact that there’s a desk in the middle of the emergency room waiting area seems to be a huge HIPPA violation. Who wants to voice their concerns in front of a room full of people, let alone give all their information? It made me very uncomfortable in that respect. The staff was great and went above and beyond!
