The staff that helps out is INCREDIBLE! The doctors, nurses, specialists and overall in person staff. HOWEVER, the billing department and office personnel on the other hand are a NIGHTMARE. I literally can NEVER depend on getting my insurance submitted with my claim. I always provide my insurance at the facility and over the phone. Somehow it is never "entered" and I have to call and provide my insurance information for the third time. The last time I called, they referenced an insurance company that I haven't had in 9 years... read more

I went to the American Fork ER today in hopes to figure out whats been wrong with my wrist after it got damaged about 4 days ago, the receptionist was snippy with me especially when I said I had never been there before, I got back there fast, and then I was not taken seriously the entire time, they would not listen to me explain what was wrong with my wrist, and when I told the person doing my x-rays that was not the side that was the problem, she completely ignored me. We waited an hour and a half to be taken back while my son’s sliced open thumb bled nonstop but watched patients coming in with back pain be taken back immediately. I would not recommend coming here unless absolutely necessary.
