Came to this ER- paid my bill to Intermountain health care. Months later I was getting hounded by North Valley Emergency Physicians with another charge for my visit. I assumed this was a scam because I paid my bill to Intermountain. Nope it wasn’t a scam- I had to pay INTERMOUNTAIN AND THE PHYSICIAN. This hospital needs to get a better billing process! I should not have to be paying extra bills to a company I don’t even recognize!
Worst hospital I have ever been in my lady has blacked out twice in 45 minutes has horrible abdominal pains. She naught have copper poisoning from something. We showed up at 3:50-4 pm everyone who has showed up after us has gone in the back to get looked at an people even left because of things are handled here. and then after a few minutes of me originally posting this, they decided to call us back. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE CHRONIC PAIN!!! My experience Tuesday night was beyond terrible. I have chronic back pain and my pain was beyond what I could handle so I went in to Get help with my pain. I waited over an hour to even speak to a nurse after being taken back to a patient room. The nurse was rude to say the least. They gave me the equivalent of ibuprofen a lidocaine patches and diazipam to and I quote "calm down". The nurse who helped me, Cameron (Kameron? Camryn? Kamryn? Can’t remember) was amazing and very helpful and helped a lot with the anxiety I was feeling my whole visit.
Why am I getting a separate bill from North Valley Emergency Physicians? I called the hospital to see if they were an affiliated company and they didn’t recognize them. They transferred me to their Emergency Physicians line, where they couldn’t find any of our information in their system. I couldn’t get a hold of NVEP for MONTHS and they ended up sending our balance to collections. I still can’t figure out if this is a scam or what’s going on.
