1. ER is always full. Do not expect to be seen for 30-90 minutes unless your body is actively dying 2. Nurses AND doctors often ignore or do not fulfill your requests unless you PUSH for them 3. My wife and I have been back to this ER a dozen times mostly without a choice due to insurance and our experience has NEVER gotten better 4. Do NOT bring your child here. Go a few more miles to Primary Children's in Lehi. I have had many bad experiences here. A few examples would be dropping my daughter's foot during an X-ray when it was broken on a few places. Always trying to get parents out of the room so the child is alone. Rude and not responding for no reason. Not very knowledgeable about what to do. Wait times are insane! Unfortunately I had to go to the emergency department here but they were great and very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend them!
