My Dad was in their outpatient clinic for laparoscopic gallbladder removal. His care team did a wonderful job! I called the billing department five times to pay my bill. Every time I was connected to an outsourced representative in India, and every call was disconnected shortly after we started talking. Five calls in a row, and I still couldn’t make a payment. This is unacceptable customer service. 1 star.
We were there for a total of 8 hours. We waited for TWO hours in the lobby to even be seen. Then another 30 minutes to see a doctor. When we checked in we told them the reason for our visit. They had to call a nurse who lives an hour away, but they didn't do so until we were there for 3.5 hours. So 4.5+ hours before anything significant happened. I was sent there because Urgent Care doesn't handle chest pains. They checked me in and put me in a council room 🤷♀️they did an EKG and I never seen or heard from anyone for an hour...I have never seen anything like this in my life!!! Someone comes in with chest pains 😢 and never put in a room 🤔i wonder who's paying this bill?? Horrible experience!!!
