After reviewing my paperwork, I discovered information that appears to be inaccurate. I contacted the office to request a correction and asked for clarification about who completed the documentation. Unfortunately, they declined to make changes or provide the staff member’s name, despite a signature being present that was not legible. I had a CT Scan that showed an ovary solid cyst. My doctor ordered a vaginal ultrasound to evaluate the tumor. Technician didn’t find the ovary and I have to repeat the test at my cost. The problem is that she took five minutes to do the test and didn’t strive to find my ovary. Most technicians have you turn to your side. She didn’t have me turn at all, and now I get a double $850 bill. My neighbors had warned me to stay away from this hospital. I should have listened to them. recently, my wife had an invasive surgery at the af hospital. dr biggs had tremendous bedside manner. she was thorough and concise when explaining the surgery and h0wit progressed. notwithstanding, my wife, who has had a number of surgeries, (more serious than the one she underwent related to dr biggs), was in the hospital struggling at an 8-9 pain level or hours. per their reputation, this hospital failed to appropriately treat my wife’s pain. the young nurse moved like molasses to alleviate my wife’s struggling, she seemed... read more
