I fell and had a extremely deep cut clear to the bone almost the whole length of my forearm. It was a tear instead of a cut so very jagged. Dr. Miller was my doctor. He put inside stitches and stapled the outside because it would take along time. This doctor has absolutely no bedside manner. Not once did he ask me if I was doing OK or if I was numb enough. I guess since I am older it doesn't matter how bad the scar is. When I was finally done he decided I didn't need pain pills for a 10 to 12 in. Ripped open to the bone cut.... read more

The case managers here take more thought) when compared to other places) into where they refer your loved one to for rehabbing. They keep tabs on community facilities, which ones are in compliance, and who they feel will actually take the best care of the patient

We had an exceptional experience giving birth at American Fork Hospital. Really. Everyone was so lovely. A special shout out to our daytime after birth nurse, Mary. Her playfulness and spunk was such boost to the energy of our space. My wife loved how she made hard things lighter and playful. Mary was knowledgeable and took the time to help her understand how to provide care. I would not recommend ever seeing doctor Andrew M Oldroyd, and I strongly believe his supervisors should be made aware of what I consider to be a serious failure in care and medical judgment. My sister went to the American Fork Emergency Room on Saturday night because she was experiencing severe back and abdominal pain. The doctor assigned to her case did not perform a physical examination, did not take blood work, and did not collect a urine sample. Nothing but this thing to say about AF hospital, my wife has MS, we have to go in to the ER from time to time when she starts going in a Flare or when the pain is to unbearable. All of the staff are amazing to us. The Doctors , Nurses all treat her better then any other place we have had to go in, always treating her like a person. Always listening and always welling to help, never judging. From the bottom of are harts. Thank you.
