This place is borderline a scam when it comes to billing. I will never go here again on account of issues we've had that 100% was due to them not being organized. It's taken us a year to square away a bill that they never sent to our insurance, and our insurance had to go through a review process to approve paying the bill because they never received it from the hospital until 9 months later. Doctor Green, hand surgeon is great. Even so, the ENTIRE follow up process is unremarkable. Dave Waldron is also great. There needs to be a more personalized approach to medical care. It's so "production line" quality. I'm sure there's a lot of patients. If so, there should be more staff.
We never hope to need a hospital, but when we do, we need to be well-treated, and this facility excels at that. The staff in the lab, emergency, and inpatient units are consistently professional, skilled, and deeply human. Even with one minor isolated incident in my history here, my overall experience remains excellent. They really understand how to treat patients with kindness during vulnerable moments.
I brought my daughter into the ER it was busy. OK whatever. They took us back got her vitals sent us back out to wait then called her back for X-ray sent us back to the waiting room. A couple hours later they call us back and put us in like a closest no lights nothing. We sat and waited for like an hour the doctor comes in checks her hand and said her X-ray was normal spent 3 minutes with us. Maddeline the nurse has absolutely no bedside manner and shouldn't be allowed to speak to patients she's argumentative rude and condescending and then just passive aggressive. This was my worst experience here and I come regularly. Never have I been treated so rude.
