My baby born in January was in the NICU for 11 days. The NICU team was very kind and attentive and patient, especially as we struggled being there. James, Emily, Baata, and Mia were all amazing and we are forever grateful for how they helped our baby boy. Our baby was breech and no one caught it until he was crowning. After reviewing my paperwork, I discovered information that appears to be inaccurate. I contacted the office to request a correction and asked for clarification about who completed the documentation. Unfortunately, they declined to make changes or provide the staff member’s name, despite a signature being present that was not legible. This situation is very concerning, as accuracy in medical records and paperwork is extremely important.
