Rude, condescending, time consuming, expensive. Should have just gone to Costco.
Saw Dr. Simmons for annual diabetic eye exam. We discussed the double vision problem I am having lately. After that, I wanted to fill the new prescription he gave me. I couldn't remember if he said that would correct the double vision, so I called the office and asked someone in medical records for a copy of the note. Over a week later, I still hadn't received it.
