Kris was professional, efficient, friendly and competent. She discovered an error in my prescription, called the opthamology office and got the correct one. I highly recommend Intermountain Eye Center in Eagle.
If I could put negative stars I would. I've been bringing my grandpa here for the last few months. Every appointment we wait over an hour to be seen. Why schedule an appointment time if that's not when you intend on seeing a patient. They have a major problem with over scheduling. Dr. Reynolds has the worst patient communication I have ever experienced. If a person was a tornado that would be Dr. Reynolds. I got wrong information and it cost me a few hundred dollars. The service is much more expensive then many other places, insurance doesn't cover most of the cost. The doctor is great, but check the price and if you are covered.
Rude, condescending, time consuming, expensive. Should have just gone to Costco.
Saw Dr. Simmons for annual diabetic eye exam. We discussed the double vision problem I am having lately. After that, I wanted to fill the new prescription he gave me. I couldn't remember if he said that would correct the double vision, so I called the office and asked someone in medical records for a copy of the note. Over a week later, I still hadn't received it.
