Rick has been very helpful with both of our vehicle purchases. We love that when we walk in we are welcomed by everyone with that old small town feel. Rick spent a lot of time with us during both purchases to make sure we were happy with the vehicles. When our first purchase had some issues, the service department took GREAT care of us in finding and fixing the problem. I won't waste my time anymore going to other dealerships, this will always be my first stop!
We were very pleased with the service we received this morning at Intermountain. Jade opened on time and promptly handled setting us up for some work on our Roadtrek 190 Popular. When the service department arrived they promptly got to work. After double checking with us they got the work done quickly. Great crew!
Do not buy from Rick. He is your typical car salesmen and will say whatever it takes to make a sale. He will sell you shit. If he says he will ha e his mechanic fix it before you buy it, run. Leave. He couldn't even change a power steering pump. Yes I bought a good looking piece of shit. But its mine and I will make it perfect. Do not buy from that asshole.
