I tried to get some former records of mine and only got the run around from the quality management person or no responses from quality management after a number of attempts. I could not get past the individual in this department to get what I needed.

My children are still in need of extensive therapy from the abuse they suffered in 2017 at the hands of Intermountain Centers for Human Destruction. I would give this place zero stars if it were possible. Intermountain destroyed my family. UPDATE/RESPONSE to OWNER: I tried to report this in 2017 and again in 2018. Your team bullied me and stonewalled until the 90 days was up so that I could not take legal action and then refused to speak to me at all. The abuse and coercive control we suffered at the hands of your staff was ... read more

Very frustrating dealing with Intermountain these last several years. As soon as we can find a new provider we will be switching. They can not keep staff, they do not train or have qualified individuals in charge of my child’s behavioral health, and they do not take advantage of resources available to assist, they do not answer the phone or return calls. So Disappointed.
