If I could give zero Stars I would, if I could get the horrible place called Angel house closed for Good, I would! After a very disconcerting couple of weeks with my daughter in June to July of 2025, with the help of CPS and La Frontera here in Glendale arizona, I placed my daughter in the supposed care of Angel house in Tucson. I tried to get some former records of mine and only got the run around from the quality management person or no responses from quality management after a number of attempts. I could not get past the individual in this department to get what I needed.

My children are still in need of extensive therapy from the abuse they suffered in 2017 at the hands of Intermountain Centers for Human Destruction. I would give this place zero stars if it were possible. Intermountain destroyed my family. UPDATE/RESPONSE to OWNER: I tried to report this in 2017 and again in 2018. Your team bullied me and stonewalled until the 90 days was up so that I could not take legal action and then refused to speak to me at all.
