Impressive customer service to say the least, wasn't even a customer, just happened to break down at Intermountain auto sales dealership by chance. Mike came right out to help diagnose the issue, even jumped our battery with his starter, offered to loan his jumper cables, and when all attempts failed, he sent us to interstate battery and got us hooked up with a new battery for a huge discount, saving us literally hundreds of dollars and a whole lot of time. I went there and the salesman were nonexistent, maybe they were closed? Not sure, they had a subie and a taco I wanted and frankly I regret not buying them, wanted a salesman to talk me into it
I haven't made a vehicle purchase from a dealership or car lot due to prior bad experiences in years. After speaking with Mike I had a good feeling I would be treated fairly and took a chance.
