I agree with a previous review. Our family member was there a few days and we already saw a decline. They were a transfer. They went from getting physical therapy daily and several checkins an hour to NO physical therapy and a few checkins per hour. The first three days and they weren’t even allowed to sit up on the bed. This whole COVID19 gave Carolina Care the ability to do whatever they want. When we called you could hear the patients in the background yelling for help. Don’t send your loved one here!
This is a horrible hospital. My mom was sent here from icu, and her health declined rapidly. After having multiple scans from providence, she was sent here and now they want to out her in hospice because they cant figure out what's wrong. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY TO THIS PLACE.. IT MAY COST THEM THEIR LIFE.

I don't want to give it one star but I guess I will give that star to the respiratory staff. They must have hired the nursing staff from the trash can and you can tell from the moment you step off the elevator this place smell horrible and the lazy and unsanitary useless nursing staff is the blame. If your ICU case manager recommend this facility decline immediately. They hire traveling nurses that are clueless and they don't care about the standard of care provided to your love one.
