Staff was friendly, professional, and thorough. The facility is clean and well-maintained. I did have to wait about 1/2 hour for my cleaning, which is why I downgraded the rating from 5 stars to 4.

Happy smile It was only my first visit, yet I felt comfortable with everyone I met. They were all friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I did not, however, get a lollipop. :)
