I've enjoyed living here for the past year. It's a quiet building with great maintenance, and the location is really convenient (close to many stores and restaurants in Wallingford and Greenlake).

I live there. My parents are the managers and i am only a child but i love this apartment. We have 3 floors and also we live 2 blocks away from Green Lake, and also right across the street is a Chinese store. :D
