Arrived early to deliver,was greeted #0730,was directed where to park, go and sign in,and unstrapped,double unloaders,total unload time,approx 17minutes..outstanding operators!
Picked up a load. Got there a little early. They went ahead and loaded me up. Kirsten and Tony did an awesome job. Got me in and back on the road quickly. Thank you for everything.

My experience was great the forklift driver Karon did a great job in loading and making sure I was good, it was 113 degrees out and he made sure I stayed hydrated. I want to thank him.
The way the loading staff has absolutely no consideration for truck drivers is disgusting! These drivers have a drive time clock they're running while sitting hours at this location, waiting to be loaded. These drivers have delivery time slots they have to meet. You put drivers in compromising situations and reading your reviews, it seems like you do not care! Loading times at this location are unreasonable and simply unacceptable.
