The staff is fantastic. However, we were informed that their card reader was down today, so they sent us a text message with a link to settle the copay. When we clicked the link, it initially led to a site requesting our personal information, only to find out it was a phishing site before redirecting us to the payment page. Was forced to leave a message to the nurse of a doctor who is on maternal leave. My child is an established patient and all I wanted was to schedule a visit with a doctor. They wouldn’t do it! I am sick of their front desk folks. Finding another provider .
We go there since about 2 years. The staff and doctors are very friendly. Whenever one of my children is sick, we get a quick appointment. The doctors answer all your questions respectfully and in a way that is easy to understand. For sick appointments you will most likely not get the doctor you are signed up for when you do well visits, unless you are willing to wait. But if that doesn't bother you, I would really recommend the doctors office.
The physician performed a routine physical with professionalism. However, the billing department displayed a lack of competence by unethically billing me directly instead of adhering to the contracted rates and agreement with the insurance company.
Been coming here for most of our child's life, and made the trip across town 40 minutes because they were "worth it." They are NOT worth it any longer. Staff (especially Business Line/Financial) are RUDE, employees are short with you, and the medical personnel are absolutely zero help with claims/coding. In the last 2 years we've had such issues just getting claims settled correctly, and they put ALL the work on us and make it our problem.
