Today, I experienced one of the most professional Pediatric facilities I’ve ever been in. We have a 6 year old who is autistic, and it’s difficult to do some of the normal things. Especially shots, or anything touching him in any way. The staff was extremely supportive, and made sure our boy was treated no different than anyone else. In this day and age, it’s hard to find that kind of inclusion, and professionalism on a normal pediatric visit in our son’s case. Dr. Vidal was wonderful and fit my daughter in for a sick visit. She was so thorough and my daughter was very at ease with her, being this was her first time meeting her. As usual the entire staff, front desk and medical assistants were fantastic and my daughter always feels comfortable with the staff and doctors!
Interlachen Pediatrics and Dr. William Beckman specifically take exceptional care of my daughters. One year apart, they are very different, but still afforded the same care and prompt attention. Dr. Beckman goes out of his way to give his full attention and nip every illness in the bud. Additionally, the front staff and nursing team are beyond kind, understanding, and get back to you right away!
All staff, from admin, to nurses and doctors are super friendly, and very helpful. The office itself is very calm & relaxing for kids, and not too overstimulating for neurodivergent children. Dr Beckman is so good with my son, and very attentive. I would definitely recommend this office.
This is honestly one of the worst office experiences I’ve ever had. The nurses are consistently discourteous—borderline rude—and the constant demand to fill out lengthy forms every single visit is exhausting. Their patience with children is nonexistent, which is shocking for a pediatric office. The front waiting area is uncomfortably cold and unwelcoming.
