Great service from beginning to end. I brought in my 3 boys for they’re annual physical. Went super smooth. Staff was friendly and informative. And gotta love their doctor great sense of humor. Made our visit as pleasant as a doctors visit could be
What a well run organization with top level doctors who always show their utmost professionalism, expertise, and caring spirit. Beyond the providers: the staff/front desk, nurses, even the schedulers are on top things, kind, and efficient. We see Dr. Vidal, Velarde, and Dyer the most for our two kiddos and they make every visit special for both. They treat the parents and the patients so well. During my daughter’s first year, my physician falsely claimed there were no vaccine waivers and said that the Rotavirus vaccine was mandatory. I later discovered the Religious Exemption (DH 681 Form) and learned that Rotavirus is not actually a required immunization in Florida. This misinformation and the administration of unnecessary doses have resulted in a total loss of trust in this provider. Dr. Vidal was wonderful and fit my daughter in for a sick visit. She was so thorough and my daughter was very at ease with her, being this was her first time meeting her. As usual the entire staff, front desk and medical assistants were fantastic and my daughter always feels comfortable with the staff and doctors!
Today, I experienced one of the most professional Pediatric facilities I’ve ever been in. We have a 6 year old who is autistic, and it’s difficult to do some of the normal things. Especially shots, or anything touching him in any way. The staff was extremely supportive, and made sure our boy was treated no different than anyone else. In this day and age, it’s hard to find that kind of inclusion, and professionalism on a normal pediatric visit in our son’s case.
