I was in town visiting a friend and we always like to browse in the shops in Edmonds. We entered Interiors of Edmonds, only to overhear owner of the shop having an argument with a customer regarding the lack of attention to a problem. It made both my friend and I cringe and we scurried out quickly. Being a shop owner myself, I know that customer service is everything. And having a heated "discussion" in front of shop patrons is most unprofessional.
