i loved working with bonnie - she did my entire home. Window treatments, furniture, paint, hardware - outdoor furniture, everything. She got my aesthetic immediately - We did a lot of work over the phone since i was out of state and i had to trust her judgement alot since it was not possible for me to see things. Hiring Bonnie S. was the worst mistake we made. They are not reliable and worst of all the customer service is worse. They made promises that were not kept and did not stand behind anything they did!!!!!
Bonnie was a lovely woman who took a great deal of time with me. She was available whenever I needed her. My home is beautiful!
Bonnie Silbert has good vision and was a pleasure to deal with. She assisted me in selecting colors and fabrics and furnishings that enhanced my home. She was very professional and worked within my budget. I was very pleased with the results and would highly recommend her services.
My decorator, Bonnie Silbert, was amazing. Her attention to every detail and her sense of style and taste was spot on! She listened to what our needs were and designed accordingly. Very few decorators do this. In her travels she would often call me that she found something, ie a picture, perfect for my home . I trusted her implicitly and it was always perfect. Can't say enough!
I had to chase her down to find out when I was getting my ottoman. Did not give me a detailed price list and did not give me correct info about hinges on the ottoman.

We signed the Sales Agreement for a custom made ottoman on 3/22 detailing the style, size, fabric pattern/color and price, with a 50% deposit.There are two types of ottomans--storage (with hinges) and non storage (without hinges).The question about hinges was discussed at length and that the hinges on a storage ottoman manufactured by this custom manufacturer are heavy duty child-proof and are exposed. Extremely prompt and knowledgeable. Helped me select paint colors for 7 rooms, and utilize existing window treatments. Will help shop for light fixtures at a later date.
Bonnie is terrific, Very helpful, understanding, good communication. Sensitive to budget and makes good recommendations. A pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend.
