RecommendedI've been searching for an OOP Alexander Henry fabric that a found on Interior Decorating site. What thought to be a fruitless effort turned out to be my windfall when Shelly contacted the company, found my fabric and ordered for me at an incredibly reasonable price. Please contact this awesome company regardless of what you see on the site. Site is great but my personal experience was amazing. 5 Star all the way
Increasingly difficult to find great customer service these days but Shelly is the best. I will be purchasing all of my materials from them in the future.
I was super impressed with their stock and pricing. But most of all, their customer service! Crystal & Shelly both helped me and I couldn't have been treated any better! Between helping me find what I needed to helping me with the shipping, they went above and beyond to help me! To the reason I ordered from them, the product I received was absolutely beautiful and top notch quality. Next time I do a project and need something, this is where I'm coming!!

I was excited when I thought I found a new local supplier for my small business, but very disappointed with the service on my very first order. I was sent the wrong fabric color due to a website error (not my error) and Shelly would not let me return it because it was less than 6 yards. Again, not my error. This is awful customer service and a complete disappointment.
What a pleasant experience I had my first time shopping with InteriorDecorating.com. Shelly could not have been nicer or more helpful! I would highly recommend them and will definitely be shopping with them again!
They are nice when you order BUT what they won't tell you is even if you spend hundreds and hundreds of $$$$ on fabric, the sample charges will NEVER be refunded to you. Only STORE CREDIT, but not on the fabric for which you received the samples. So if you want to eternally get samples from them, you are in good sample. But if you want samples to order fabric once, you will lose your sample $$$. Just be WARNED!!
