Waited for service for 15 min while trainer and new employee talk to each other and before calling the next person then didn't know what to do on a simple review. Not sure if I should leave and come back later or should I just wait it out. It would be faster to do this online I think. The new girl was trying really hard but the trainer should take a class on customer service if she is going to train more people
Went into re insure a vehicle as my main driver had some mechanical issues. I dealt with wendy. She was judgey and rude. I was trying to figure out how my policy went up 50 dollars a month when same vehicle was insured 6 months prior cheaper. Instead of doing her job and looking at the differences on the paper and screen infront of her she made me feel stupid for asking valid questions.
