Your online pay portal sucks. Hire better I.T. Get it fixed.
Got a letter saying call immediately.They don't answer or return calls. If you want my money, ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!, absolutely ridiculous.
Unfortunately Zero stars is not an option. Service is not existent. No reply to phone messages, no reply to email, after multiple attempts. The only chance of speaking to someone is if you owe them money, and they find you.
Very poor service, it’s impossible to get a call back or reach someone. You get different information from each person you talk to. Do better.
It's near impossible to get hold of these people. They'll happily send you overdue notices. I've been trying to find out why I'm being billed for weeks. They don't answer the phone or emails.
