Ruben and Jordan did a great job. They had a delay this morning but called to advise they would be here at 11 am. They were right on time. Ruben explained what they were going to do, said it would take about an hour and a half, and got started. An hour and forty minutes later they had finished, cleaned up, reviewed with me care and functioning of the blinds, and were on their way. I would definitely use them again.

Called ahead and said they could come earlier to do the installation, which was great. Installer did a very nice job. He seemed very prepared.
Customer service seems to be top priority with B&B Blinds. Spoke with Kim in the office. Kim's Fantastic! very personable. Once scheduled, Kim advised me Ruben would be out to install my blinds. Ruben was on time, had all the right equipment, and had an incredible positive attitude! We are very pleased with the whole process. I highly recommend B&B Blinds. Kudos to Kim & Ruben, job well done!
We had Norman shutters installed throughout the house. Everyone we dealt with was great and very helpful during this process. Ruben was the installer and he was great, as well. Shutters look amazing. Very happy.
Experience was great. The only slight negative was no price flexibility. Pricing was based on software that could not flex price no matter the measurements of windows
