Tina is the best nutrition coach out there. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to healthy eating and what exactly to eat when trying to reach a goal. She is even great at providing alternatives for something “not so healthy” so that you stay on track. She’s always there to answer any questions and she pushes me to be a better version of myself when it comes to nutrition. She’s the best and I highly recommend IDN 💪
Tina is so accommodating, knowledgeable, supportive, and engaged in helping me to reach my goals. I know I'm my own worst enemy and she's always has suggestions or just encouragement. My goals are slow coming but I am being helped to set life long habits. The tracking is so easy. It doesn't feel like another job. Love the reminders.
