Ordered my couch during Black Friday. It's been 15 weeks... no couch, no confirmed deliver date. My delivery window was quoted at 8-10 weeks. They don't respond, it's a part time job hounding them to tell me what's going on with my couch. For a $4K+ purchase it's unacceptable - don't go with Interior Define.
