Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Interior Define. I worked with Rachel who reviewed pictures of my living room, and helped put together a few custom designs based on what I was looking for (in a new couch set). I really appreciate her responsiveness, making herself available to meet in person multiple times, and her understanding of my vision for an art deco space. The couch, planters, and rug fit perfectly. Thank you again!

My partner and I stumbled across this place after having a tricky time trying to find a couch that checked all of our boxes. I had a fantastic experience using the chat when I was looking to order a custom bench and bed. I was connected with Rachel, a designer who was incredibly helpful—she made sure I had the right dimensions and guided me through what pieces would and wouldn’t work. She was not only knowledgeable but also delightful and fun to work with!
Drove 2 hours to the show room and it was extremely small. They had the couch we were looking at but it was “fully custom” and not available to order the way it was. Why even have it displayed then??
