They were terrible, misinformed me and wasted a lot of my time when I could've been seeing someone that can help! Awful!!
RecommendedThank you to each of the staff members, from the greeting to the check-in staff and to the drs and nurses. The staff are friendly, informative and have excellent customer service.
I arrived with 3 children after telling the scheduler that I would likely have 4 children with me. I was informed that the provider I was scheduled with only allowed 2 children to go back, and I would need child care if I intended to see the doctor. I am a stay at home parent and don’t have child care so I can see the doctor for an illness. The receptionists remedy was to either reschedule when I could find child care or go to an emergency care. I've been going here for sometime now and I really like them. Everyone I've had contact with has been friendly and helpful. Yesterday I saw a new face, NP Clarkson (sp?) and I really like her. She took the time to discuss what I wanted instead of pushing a treatment regimen. Nice change. So far, I have nothing bad to say about any experience at ICHC.
Great place and organized. As many patience that come in and out each day you always see a smile on the staff. Compassion and care excellent
