Nick has done several jobs for me over the years, starting with a gas line for my bbq through to 3 heat pumps at a rental property we own, a heat pump at our cottage and recently an ERV in our home. Anytime we’ve had an issue he has been extremely responsive and helpful in addressing our concerns, even outside of the warranty period. Good contractors are hard to find, I’m so glad we have access to nick!
I did business in June with ICS and dealt with Nick. I got installed a Continental CS-18 heat pump and a Continental 9700 series gas furnace. I’ve been running the system for about a month now and I am really impressed with the comfort in the house. The temperature is more equal room to room and the humidity is much better. It was way too dry before. We now have the house cool and fresh at 23.5C and 53% of humidity. We don’t ear the heat pump running it is dead quiet. The furnace fan is much quieter then before.
