Having your furnace breakdown this time of year is never fun. Nick and his team were extremely efficient and reliable in getting my furnace replaced at a great price. Challenges came up which is where their expertise and experience really shined. Communication, reliability, professionalism. All 5 stars. Thanks again.
Nick has done several jobs for me over the years, starting with a gas line for my bbq through to 3 heat pumps at a rental property we own, a heat pump at our cottage and recently an ERV in our home. Anytime we’ve had an issue he has been extremely responsive and helpful in addressing our concerns, even outside of the warranty period. Good contractors are hard to find, I’m so glad we have access to nick!
