Good doctors bit the structure in this office is non existent. I have had three appts with them and the doctors are always more than a half an hour late for my appt. I had a telehealth appt today at 330. No call for 30 minutes. I called and they told me to call at back in 16 I called back in 20 minutes and no answer now the office is closed and I'm down to a few pills left and not any refills left. They are so unprofessional had made me late for work a few times. Its simply a lost of trust in this office
Excellent care great people. If you need the help they are the ones to call. Would recommend to anyone.
A class act. His staff is super friendly and Dr. Nakai is such a great, empathetic doctor.
Dr. Nakai is fine and Dr. Maud is great, but the office staff here is either incompetent, careless, or straight up sadistic. I was seeing these doctors for months, and when I lost my insurance, I wanted to continue paying out of pocket in order to continue receiving their care! I hadn't experienced any real issues with this office up to this point.
