A class act. His staff is super friendly and Dr. Nakai is such a great, empathetic doctor.
Dr. Nakai is fine and Dr. Maud is great, but the office staff here is either incompetent, careless, or straight up sadistic. I was seeing these doctors for months, and when I lost my insurance, I wanted to continue paying out of pocket in order to continue receiving their care! I hadn't experienced any real issues with this office up to this point. I called a few times within a week to inquire about cash prices, and was repeatedly told that they would "figure it out and get back to [me]." Another week went by, and I still he... read more
