BEWARE***I relocated to a city to work for interim health. Interim health was very aware of this, they were part of the decision process. It has now been 3 weeks I have worked 04 hours total. Beware. Company has horrible culture. Company lacks leadership And runs off dictatorship and “chain of command” If you have concerns, your direct supervisors aren’t able to help. The VP in Ohio is all about title, and is someone who has no staffing or home health experience. She’s someone who needs to have everything go through her so she can feel important.
