My Physical Therapist, Frank was outstanding! He is well trained and has a vast knowledge of his work! I had him for my first of two knee replacements surgeries! He was assigned as my Physical Therapist for my first surgery, the I requested him for the second surgery! He always treated me with the utmost respect, he also treated my family the same way. So many people have a misconception of what hospice is and what they do. It’s not about death but about life and the quality of it. Interim care helped us with my Father in law and I have nothing but positive feelings and words for them. They made sure he was cared for and comfortable. Always putting his needs first. Rena was his nurse, Kiera was our social worker and Ivan our POC and what an awesome team they made! I can only hope when my time comes I’m fortunate enough to have people like this caring for me!
My only regret is that we did not start with hospice care sooner. My mom is receiving such good care, and everyone at the company is responsive, flexible, and genuinely caring. I could not ask for more from them.
Always has the patients needs ahead of all else.
My PT Therapist Carolyn was excellent, she listened to my concerns and addressed them.
