First visit was great, Anita took excellent care of me and I would give her 5 stars every day. She was kind, caring and had a genuine interest in helping me. Interim on the other hand is a different story. They called and cancelled my next appointment stating my insurance had not approved the visit and that they hoped to have approval the beginning of the following week and would call me.
